Precision Mechanical, LLP is looking for motivated and experienced plumbing professionals; Project Managers, Foreman/Leads, Journeyman and apprentices to join our growing company. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for delivering high-quality service in both residential and light commercial settings, we want to hear from you!

We offer an in-house apprenticeship program designed to guide you toward becoming a certified plumber — no experience necessary, just the drive to learn and grow!

Position Overview:

You'll apply your technical expertise to service, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems. You'll work independently and with a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally, all while providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
  • Use materials efficiently and maintain a proper stock of tools and parts
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company vehicle and equipment
  • Complete required documentation (invoices, material records, startup forms)
  • Promote a positive team environment with a can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
  • Valid State Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and positive demeanor
  • Strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated to meet performance goals

  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000*
    ($1,000 per year of relevant experience, up to 20 years max)
